Personal Training

Here at the functional fitness coach you have the chance to book personal training sessions. Our head coach Angus Doig is a Level 2 personal trainer that has experience coaching all levels of athletes for experienced to competitive athletes to clients that have just started their functional fitness journey. 

If you are interested in personal training sessions would be held at CrossFit Buxton. if you have a membership with CrossFit Buxton then you will also get a discount off the session(£20 for 1-hour.) If you do not have a membership the sessions will be £30 for a 1-hour session or if you book in for an 8-week block then you will get the first session free.

You will be asked a few questions when you are booking a session to gauge what you want to get out of a session so I'll give you a few tips of what will be asked.
