So I haven't written a blog in a while and its no one's fault but my own. So I have tried to set out a plan to give me the incentive to write good content that I can be proud of.
So I have a plan.
The goal is to have four topics a week:
Talk it out Tuesday (today.): This is just going to be a short segment that will just be me discussing plans and just having a bit of a chat.
Workout Wednesday: Is going to be a chat about a workout that I have completed in the week, break down my approach to the workout and how to approach different workouts.
Fitness Friday: Is going to be a day talking about different fitness methods and how to get the most out of different workouts.
Lasts but not least.
Movement Monday: A day where I will be breaking down a movement or collection of moments and be going through there purposes and what they are best used for.
Hopefully, this will make the blog a more interesting place to visit and will also give me a reason to make good quality content for those that want it.
