The 8 Week Pull Up Program
This 8-week program will help you learn how to and build the strength to get your first strict pull ups. During this process, you will learn how to use your back to generate as much power and strength to get more than one pull up even after getting your first.
There will be videos to help you with all of the movement to show you the best way to perform the movements that get prescribed. They will also tell you what muscle groups you are working and how they will help in the process of getting your first pull ups.
